As a Career Coach with 20 plus years working in New York City arts organizations -- BAM, The Whitney, The Drawing Center, and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council -- I have extensive experience as a communicator, mentor, consultant, and coach. Working with staff members and leadership, I help to assess challenges and develop environments that are more collaborative and inclusive. In 2020, I became a Race Forward Affiliate Trainer to focus on racial equity awareness and activation within organizations. -Led LMCC’s DEI hiring team that selected consultants for a one-year engagement with the goal to shift LMCC’s work culture to be a welcoming and supportive community for BIPOC staff.
-Initiated the framework for a Lower Manhattan Cultural Council’s (LMCC) artist alumni community as they prep for their 50th anniversary in 2023. Led a a focus group of staff members.
-Worked with LMCC on their social media strategy emphasizing Instagram and building an editorial calendar.
