As a coach, I center my practice on listening and asking questions to facilitate deep and sustainable change in a client’s life. Through coaching conversations a client can gain both clarity and energy to stretch themselves in new directions.

NOTE April 2023: at the moment I have a full roster of clients. I will update this note when I again have space.

I’m so privileged to know Molly Gross and can hardly imagine a better person for career coaching. In the five years I’ve known her, I have always admired and been inspired by her gleaming (and authentic) positivity, her sheer organization, her capacity to build connections, and most significantly, her deep empathy. If you are looking for a coach, look no further.
-Claire L. Lanier, Senior Manager of Social Media, The Met Museum

Molly worked with me for about 12 months and provided me with tremendous support during my career change search period. Her practical style, her strong empathy, and listening skills were an energy boost and helped me figure out the next steps in my professional life. She displayed her talents week after week by helping me improve my motivation, organization, research, and written and oral presentations. She is also extremely friendly and warm and genuinely caring. -Clemence Taillandier, Program Manager, MIT Media Lab
